Duct Apprentice We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Fiberglass Duct Helper to join our HVAC team. This entry-level position offers a valuable opportunity to develop skills and gain hands-on experience in duct installation and HVAC systems. What You'll Do:
Assist experienced technicians in installing, repairing, and maintaining ductwork and HVAC systems Measure and cut duct materials to specified dimensions Learn to operate tools and equipment used in duct installation Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment Support the team in troubleshooting and resolving duct-related issues Attend training sessions and seek opportunities to expand technical knowledge
What You'll Bring:
1 yr minimum fiberglass duct experience is required High school diploma or equivalent Strong willingness to learn and develop new skills Good physical condition and ability to work in confined spaces and at heights Basic understanding of construction or HVAC systems is a plus Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team Reliable, punctual, and safety-conscious attitude
