HVAC Technician

Job Overview We are seeking a skilled HVAC Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems, with the ability to troubleshoot and repair various HVAC equipment. This role requires mechanical knowledge and the ability to work as part of a team. The HVAC Technician will be responsible for maintaining systems that ensure optimal environmental conditions for our clients. The candidate needs to be customer service oriented. Responsibilities Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems including air conditioning units, heat pumps, & mini-splits. (Commercial & Residential) Read and interpret schematics to diagnose issues effectively. Perform routine maintenance checks on HVAC equipment to ensure efficiency and safety. Troubleshoot mechanical problems and provide solutions in a timely manner. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards while performing duties. Drive company van to various job sites for installations and repairs. Collaborate with other technicians and staff to complete projects efficiently. Experience Proven experience as an HVAC Technician or similar role is preferred. Strong mechanical knowledge related to HVAC systems is essential. Ability to work with refrigerants and understand their properties. Experience in building or maintaining industrial HVAC systems is advantageous. Valid driver's license required for driving company vehicles. ServiceTitan experience is a plus. Familiarity with plumbing systems is a plus.
