Job DescriptionJob Description The Lead HVAC Mechanic will oversee a small team of 1-3 members, providing expert troubleshooting, diagnostics, installation, and repairs for residential and commercial HVAC systems. This role demands frequent travel between multiple facilities and requires hands-on leadership in managing HVAC tasks while ensuring safety and quality standards. Responsibilities Troubleshoot and diagnose residential and light commercial HVAC systemsInstall and repair HVAC equipment, including thermostats, TXVs, blowers, compressors, and ductworkPerform drain cleaning, evaporator coil pull and cleans, HVAC installations, and maintenanceConduct low voltage controls work and light commercial HVAC diagnostics and installsLead and supervise a team of 1-3 HVAC mechanics, ensuring adherence to safety proceduresTravel frequently to multiple residential and commercial sites Required Qualifications 5+ years of experience in HVAC troubleshooting, repair, and installationProficient in HVAC systems, electrical wiring, mechanical repair, and blueprint readingStrong knowledge of safety procedures and team leadership skillsEffective problem-solving and time management abilitiesExperienced with HVAC installs and Housecall Pro (preferred)Skilled in
