Job Description

Job Overview Join our dynamic team as a Heating, Ventilation, Duct Work, and Air Conditioning Technician! In this energetic role, you will be at the forefront of maintaining and repairing essential HVAC systems that keep buildings comfortable, safe, and efficient. Your expertise will ensure optimal operation of heating, cooling, ventilation, and refrigeration equipment across a variety of property types. Responsibilities Install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain HVAC systems including air conditioning units, ventilation fans, and ductwork. Read and interpret schematics, technical diagrams, and HVAC design plans to accurately diagnose issues and implement solutions. Conduct routine maintenance on HVAC/R equipment to ensure efficiency and longevity. Use diagnostic tools such as ohmmeters to test electrical components and ensure proper system operation. Weld or perform mechanical repairs on ductwork or HVAC components as needed to restore functionality. Assist with property maintenance tasks related to HVAC systems and ensure compliance with safety standards. Operate a driver vehicle safely for transportation of equipment or parts between job sites. Collaborate with team members on complex projects involving HVAC design modifications or upgrades. Experience Proven experience as a service technician within construction or property maintenance environments. Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in HVAC system installation, repair, and troubleshooting. Familiarity with schematics, technical diagrams, and HVAC design principles is essential. Experience working with refrigeration systems, including ammonia refrigeration and HVAC/R systems. Skilled in using diagnostic tools such as ohmmeters for electrical testing and equipment repair. Prior field service experience involving property maintenance or mechanical systems is preferred.
