Job Description

We are seeking experienced Sheet Metal Duct Installers to join our growing team on commercial construction projects. Candidates must have experience installing HVAC duct systems in commercial and/or industrial environments and be able to work independently while maintaining safety and quality standards on site. Responsibilities Install sheet metal ductwork for HVAC systems Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications Measure, cut, assemble, and install duct systems Install hangers, supports, dampers, and related HVAC components Ensure proper alignment and sealing of ductwork Work alongside project managers, foremen, and other trades Maintain a clean and safe work environment Follow OSHA safety regulations and company safety procedures Requirements Minimum 4+ years of commercial HVAC sheet metal installation experience Ability to read blueprints and mechanical drawings Experience with spiral duct, rectangular duct, and fittings Skilled with hand tools, power tools, and measuring equipment Ability to work from ladders, lifts, and scaffolding Reliable transportation and strong attendance OSHA 10 certification preferred Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in active construction environments Preferred Qualifications Experience in hospitals, schools, data centers, or large commercial projects Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Strong communication and teamwork skills Benefits Competitive pay based on experience Weekly pay Overtime opportunities Health benefits available Long-term project opportunities Apply today to join a team that values safety, quality workmanship, and career growth in the skilled trades industry.
