• 50% up to 5% Company Paid Life and AD&D Short and Long-Term Disability and other Supplemental Insurance offerings Employee Discounts through the Tickets at Work Program What you will be doing: Perform installation of HVAC equipment including RTUs, split systems, and specialty systems Execute full system change-outs from demolition to final startup Install and fabricate refrigeration piping systems (copper, brazing, pressure testing, evacuation) Install, troubleshoot, and integrate HVAC controls (thermostats, VAV systems, BAS interfaces) Perform system startup, commissioning, and performance verification Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and control-related issues Read and interpret blueprints, submittals, and mechanical drawings Coordinate with project managers and field teams to ensure project success Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment What you need for this position: Minimum 10 years of HVAC field experience (commercial preferred) Strong knowledge of installation practices, system design, and controls Proven experience with refrigeration piping and brazing Ability to troubleshoot complex HVAC systems independently EPA Certification (required) Valid driver's license and clean driving record Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications:
