We run a tight team, we take care of our people, and we do things the right way. We're not a corporate call center with a logo on a van. We're a family-owned operation and we treat our guys like it. We're adding a service tech who can handle residential calls independently, represent the company professionally in front of customers, and wants a stable, long-term role with a team that actually has its act together. What you'll do Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential HVAC systems. Handle service calls from start to finish, no babysitting. Pull permits when required. Keep your van stocked and organized. Communicate clearly with customers and with the office. If something needs to be sold, you know how to have that conversation without pushing people. What we offer $800 to $1,000/week guaranteed base salary, Monday through Friday. Depending on Experience. Overtime pay for Saturday emergency calls (you will be called on Saturdays; extra pay is real) Take-home company van, yours to drive home every night Company card for fuel and job materials No chasing down your paycheck, ever What we need from you Minimum 1 year of residential HVAC field experience, no exceptions EPA 608 certification Clean driving record English or Spanish, either works. Both is a plus. Someone who shows up, communicates, and takes pride in their work This is not a fit if you're looking for a Monday through Friday desk job.
