Position Overview We are seeking a skilled, motivated HVAC Service Technician who takes pride in their work and is committed to delivering top-tier service to our customers. This role is ideal for someone who wants: Consistent, year-round work Ongoing training and development High earning potential A clear path for advancement You will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, maintaining, and optimizing residential and light commercial HVAC systems while providing an exceptional customer experience. What You'll Do Diagnose and repair residential and light commercial HVAC systems (AC, heat pumps, furnaces) Perform routine maintenance and system tune-ups Communicate clearly with customers and educate them on system performance and options Provide repair and replacement recommendations with integrity Maintain accurate service records using company software Ensure all work meets company quality standards and local codes Uphold a clean, professional appearance and job site Work as part of a team that supports each other and takes pride in doing things right What We're Looking For 2+ years of HVAC service experience preferred Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills EPA Certification (required) Valid driver's license with clean driving record Strong communication and customer service skills Positive attitude and team-first mentality Desire to learn, grow, and improve every day
