Position Summary:

The HVAC Parts Runner / Apprentice supports the service and installation teams by delivering parts and materials, assisting with warehouse organization, preparing equipment for jobs, and learning the HVAC trade through hands-on training and field support. This is an entry-level position with growth opportunities into HVAC Service Technician or Installer roles. What You'll Own Deliver HVAC parts, tools, and materials to technicians and job sites Pick up equipment and supplies from vendors and warehouses Assist with loading and unloading trucks safely and efficiently Help maintain organization and cleanliness of the warehouse, yard, and company vehicles Assist service and installation technicians on job sites as needed Help prepare equipment, materials, and tools for scheduled jobs Perform basic maintenance and support tasks under supervision Assist with inventory organization and stock counts Ensure deliveries and pickups are documented properly Follow all safety procedures, PPE requirements, and company policies Maintain professional communication with customers, vendors, and team members Learn HVAC systems, tools, and company processes through hands-on training What Success Looks Like Deliver parts and materials accurately and on time Support technicians and installers efficiently throughout the day Maintain clean, safe, and organized vehicles, warehouse areas, and job sites Show initiative, reliability, and willingness to learn Follow safety procedures and use proper PPE Maintain strong attendance and schedule reliability Communicate professionally with team members, vendors, and customers Continue developing HVAC knowledge and field skills What We Offer Competitive compensation based on experience and skill level Overtime opportunities Paid training and career development opportunities Medical, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off and paid holidays Opportunity to grow into HVAC Service Technician or Installer roles Opportunity to grow within a growing home services platform Seacoast Service Partners is an Equal Opportunity Employer.

Requirements:

Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly Ability to work in outdoor environments, attics, and physically demanding conditions Strong work ethic and willingness to learn Reliable transportation to and from work Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong communication and organizational skills Positive attitude and professional appearance Must pass a background check and drug screening Preferred Qualifications High school diploma or GED Basic mechanical knowledge HVAC school enrolment or trade school experience Previous warehouse, delivery, or field support experience Experience using hand tools and basic equipment Bilingual English/Spanish
