We are seeking a skilled, reliable, and motivated technician with 5+ years of hands-on commercial HVAC experience . The ideal candidate is confident in diagnosing, repairing, and servicing a wide range of HVAC systems and is ready to work with a company that values professionalism, teamwork, and quality service. Responsibilities Diagnose and service, commercial HVAC systems Use diagnostic tools and equipment to accurately determine system conditions Communicate findings clearly with management, customers, and office staff Complete service notes, reports, and job documentation accurately Follow safety procedures and industry standards Support and mentor junior technicians or helpers when needed Maintain a professional appearance and customer-first attitude Requirements Minimum 5 years of HVAC experience required Strong knowledge of commercial HVAC systems, refrigeration, controls, and electrical components Ability to diagnose and resolve complex service issues Must have tools of the trade Strong communication and problem-solving skills Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented Ability to commute to West Park, FL 33023
