Responsibilities Diagnose and repair residential HVAC systems Perform routine maintenance and system inspections Communicate findings and recommendations to homeowners Maintain accurate service records Deliver outstanding customer service on every call Follow company safety and installation standards Qualifications 3+ years of HVAC service experience preferred EPA Certification required Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills Clean driving record Professional appearance and communication skills Desire to learn and grow within the company If you're looking for a place where your work matters, your growth is encouraged, and your future has real potential, we'd love to talk with you.
