Position Overview:

The HVAC Installer is responsible for the installation of residential and light commercial heating and cooling systems. This includes split systems, package units, ductwork, and accessories. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, dependable, and committed to doing the job right the first time.

Responsibilities:

Install HVAC systems including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and ductwork Ensure all installations meet local codes and company standards Test systems to ensure proper operation and efficiency Communicate clearly with customers and team members Maintain a clean and organized job site Properly handle and account for tools, equipment, and materials

Qualifications:

Previous HVAC installation experience preferred Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills Valid driver's license with clean driving record Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in varying conditions Strong attention to detail and workmanship EPA certification (preferred but not required)
