The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, and committed to providing quality service and workmanship. Responsibilities Inspect, troubleshoot, and service heating and cooling systems Perform preventative maintenance and system tune-ups Identify and resolve mechanical and electrical issues Assist with equipment replacements and system installations as needed Document work performed and maintain accurate service records Communicate professionally with customers regarding service findings Maintain a clean and organized work vehicle and job site Follow company safety guidelines and industry best practices Qualifications Experience working with residential or light commercial HVAC systems Strong diagnostic and problem-solving abilities Familiarity with HVAC tools, equipment, and service procedures EPA certification is a plus Valid driver's license Ability to work independently and manage daily assignments Strong communication and customer service skills What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience Consistent year-round work Opportunities for professional growth and skill development Supportive team environment Locally owned and operated company About ProTech Athens ProTech Athens provides heating and cooling services throughout Northeast Georgia.
