Job Description
Overview Responsible for maintaining and repairing heating, ventilation, air conditioning and refrigeration equipment and systems. Maintain the safe operation of highly complex systems and equipment.
Specific systems may include:
electronic/pneumatic environmental controls, fan powered boxes and auxiliary equipment (various pumps, heat exchangers, air compressors, etc.) chiller operations, BAS controls, pump operations, water treatment program, air handler units, VAV's, walk-in coolers and freezers, refrigerators, ice machines and boiler operations. Sunday - Thursday Qualifications Education H.S. Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) Required Work Experience 3 years of Maintenance Tech experience to include HVAC experience. Experience may be substituted if graduate from a HVAC program Required 1 year For systems that include BAS controls, experience must include of commercial/healthcare
HVAC/HVAC BAS
experience or graduation from a BAS program Required Licenses and Certifications EPA - Universal Certification Required
