Job Description

Experience:
General experience in residential property management maintenance is required. Position requires weekend work and on-call duties. High school graduate or GED is preferred. 1. HVAC Certified and experienced. 2 . Light carpentry skills 3 . Basic knowledge of electric and plumbing 4. Ability to interact well with co-workers, supervisors, guests, vendors, contractors and the public in a professional and pleasant manner. 5. Good organizational skills. 6. Ability to work on
  • call 24/7 as scheduled; work weekends and after hours as necessary due to emergency or business need.
7. Ability to accurately perform basic mathematical functions.
Responsibilities:
  • Install, maintain, and repair air conditioning and heating systems
  • Perform routine maintenance on HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical issues with HVAC systems
  • Repair or replace defective components in HVAC systems
  • Test HVAC systems to ensure they are functioning properly
  • Respond to service calls and perform emergency repairs as needed
  • Maintain accurate records of all maintenance and repair work performed
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as an HVAC Technician or similar role
  • Strong mechanical knowledge and understanding of HVAC systems
  • Familiarity with ammonia refrigeration systems is a plus
  • Ability to diagnose and repair a wide range of HVAC equipment and appliances
  • Proficient in using tools and equipment common to the HVAC trade
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team
  • Strong communication and customer service skills

This position may require occasional welding or boiler maintenance tasks, so experience in these areas is beneficial. We offer competitive pay based on experience and qualifications.
