Responsibilities Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair residential and light commercial HVAC systems. Perform preventative maintenance and system inspections. Service heating, cooling, refrigeration, and ventilation equipment. Communicate professionally with customers and provide outstanding service. Complete service documentation accurately and efficiently. Follow all company safety policies and procedures. Participate in ongoing training and professional development. Qualifications Experience servicing and repairing HVAC equipment. Refrigeration experience is a major plus. Valid driver's license with a clean or near-clean driving record. Clean criminal background. Ability to climb ladders and work on rooftops when required. Ability to safely lift 50+ pounds with or without assistance. Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills. High level of personal integrity and professionalism. Positive attitude and strong work ethic. Willingness to learn new technologies and continue professional development. Compensation $22.00 - $35.00 per hour , based on experience. Performance-based bonus opportunities. $2,000 Sign-On Bonus after 6 months of employment. Benefits & Perks Weekly pay.
