Job Description

About the role CBRE is currently seeking a skilled and experienced Mobile HVAC Technician to support a major telecommunications client. As part of our team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality maintenance and repair services for heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems across various locations. What you'll do Performing routine maintenance, inspections, and repairs on HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance and efficiency. Diagnosing and troubleshooting HVAC issues and implementing timely solutions to minimize downtime. Conducting system upgrades, installations, and replacements as needed to meet client requirements. Collaborating with facilities management teams and subcontractors to coordinate maintenance activities and ensure compliance with safety standards. Documenting work orders, equipment readings, and inventory levels accurately in maintenance management systems. Providing exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns professionally and promptly. Adhering to company policies, procedures, and industry regulations while maintaining a safe work environment. What you'll need High school diploma or equivalent; completion of HVAC certification or apprenticeship program preferred. Proven experience as an HVAC technician, with expertise in servicing commercial HVAC systems. Strong technical skills in HVAC diagnosis, repair, and maintenance practices. Knowledge of building automation systems and controls is a plus. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Valid driver's license and clean driving record for mobile service assignments. Flexibility to work outside regular hours and travel to different client sites as needed.
