Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning Technician

In this role, you will play a vital part in maintaining, diagnosing, repairing, and installing HVAC systems across a variety of residential and commercial properties. You will work on a diverse range of climate control equipment, ensuring optimal performance, safety, and comfort for our customers. Your mechanical expertise, attention to detail, and proactive approach will help keep systems operating efficiently while supporting our company's reputation for dependable, five-star service. Duties Inspect, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain heating, ventilation, air conditioning, refrigeration, and related mechanical systems. Install HVAC systems, ductwork, refrigeration components, and related mechanical connections according to specifications. Perform routine preventative maintenance on equipment such as air conditioning units, boilers, chillers, refrigeration systems, and appliances. Diagnose system issues by reading and interpreting schematics, technical manuals, and HVAC design plans. Utilize diagnostic tools and equipment (such as ohmmeters and welding equipment) to repair electrical circuits and mechanical components. Service field equipment across residential and commercial properties to ensure safe, reliable operation. Maintain accurate service reports, documentation, and maintenance records for all work performed. Demonstrate a willingness to learn and assist with chimney and fireplace systems as part of our expanded service offerings. Skills Minimum 5 years of experience in HVAC installation, maintenance, and repair. Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, refrigeration systems, and mechanical components. Experience reading technical diagrams, schematics, and HVAC design plans. Skilled in troubleshooting, plumbing connections, refrigeration systems, welding, and general mechanical repair. Must hold a valid EPA certification. Must possess their own HVAC tools required to perform service and installation work. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Comfortable working at heights and in varying work environments. Ability to lift and carry heavy tools and equipment as required. Strong communication skills with a customer-first service attitude. Must be able to pass a drug test.

Pay:
