Position:

HVAC Service Technician Pay:

$22.00-29.00 per hour, depending on experience + spiffs (annual earnings of $40,000 - 60,000)

Responsibilities:

Perform maintenance and repairs on residential heating and air conditioning systems. Troubleshoot and repair residential and light commercial HVAC systems. Provide top-notch customer service and educate clients on HVAC options. Make product recommendations based on customer needs. Ensure quality workmanship while adhering to safety standards. Work efficiently during standard hours with occasional overtime based on seasonal demand.

Required Qualifications:

1-2 years of experience in residential or commercial HVAC service Valid driver's license and insurable driving record Must be 21 years of age or older Excellent customer service and communication skills Ability to work independently and follow safety protocols Ability to lift 50 lbs. and work in various conditions
