HVAC Service Technician

Responsibilities Diagnose, repair, maintain, and service residential HVAC systems Perform preventative maintenance and system inspections Troubleshoot equipment issues and communicate findings clearly to customers Complete service calls efficiently while maintaining high-quality workmanship Document job notes, photos, and recommendations accurately Maintain organized truck inventory and care for company equipment Follow company procedures and safety standards Work closely with office staff and team members to ensure a smooth customer experience Qualifications & Skills HVAC service experience required Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting abilities Mechanical aptitude and attention to detail Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team EPA Certification preferred Valid driver's license with clean driving record Experience with field service software is a plus What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience Opportunities for advancement and leadership growth Ongoing training and development Company vehicle and tools (depending on role) Supportive team environment focused on improvement and accountability Steady, year-round work About Honor HVAC At Honor HVAC, we believe technical skill matters — but attitude, integrity, communication, and consistency matter just as much.
