The Mission Own the end-to-end service of commercial HVAC systems up to 50 tons. Diagnose refrigeration-cycle faults; troubleshoot TXVs, compressors, and motors. Resolve VAV and economizer issues to elevate IAQ and energy performance. Maintain and repair hydronic pumps and related system components. Execute coil diagnostics and replacements (evaporator and condenser). Track down electrical and controls problems and return equipment to safe operation. Interpret complex schematics with confidence and precision. Lift the next generation—mentor Level 1 and Level 2 technicians in best practices.
