Sr. Technician - HVAC Sr. Technician - HVAC Position Overview We are seeking an experienced HVAC Technician to join our dynamic team. This role is crucial in ensuring the efficient operation and maintenance of HVAC systems in commercial and industrial settings. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical skills, a commitment to safety, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Key Responsibilities Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems in commercial and industrial buildings. Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on HVAC equipment. Troubleshoot and diagnose HVAC system issues, providing effective solutions. Collaborate with other technical staff to design and implement HVAC modifications. Ensure compliance with relevant codes, standards, and regulations during installations and repairs. Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used. Provide exceptional customer service and communicate effectively with clients. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification in HVAC preferred. Minimum of 5 years of experience in HVAC installation and maintenance. Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, including chillers, piping, and mechanical components. Journeyman certification in HVAC is a plus. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
