LaGrange, GA (Projects throughout the Southeast) About the Role The Commercial Project Installer supports the installation of commercial HVAC systems, working under the direction of a Lead Installer or Project Manager. This position plays a key role in delivering clean, code-compliant, professional installations that meet Sensigreens standards and project specifications. Key Responsibilities Install commercial HVAC ductwork, equipment, refrigerant piping, insulation, and accessoriesAssist with layout and installation based on mechanical drawings and specificationsWork closely with Lead Installers and Project Managers to complete tasks efficientlyMaintain jobsite safety, cleanliness, and organizationOperate lifts, power tools, and installation equipment safely and correctlySupport equipment start-ups, testing, and documentation as neededCommunicate effectively with team members and other trades on siteRepresent Sensigreen professionally on all job sites Qualifications 13 years commercial or residential HVAC installation experience (commercial preferred)Basic understanding of duct systems, refrigerant piping, and mechanical componentsAbility to read and interpret basic mechanical drawings (training provided)Strong work ethic and willingness to learn advanced commercial installation skillsValid drivers license and clean driving recordAbility to lift 50+ lbs and work on ladders, lifts, and rooftopsEPA Certification a plus but not required What We Offer Competitive pay based on experienceHealth and dental vision benefitsPaid time off and holidaysOpportunities for advancement into Lead Installer and Project rolesSupportive team environment with strong leadership and trainingConsistent work on commercial projects throughout the Southeast
