Commercial Service Technician Sensigreen Heating, Cooling & Insulation LaGrange Division Sensigreen is expanding our Commercial Service Department and seeking a skilled, reliableCommercial Service Technicianto join our team. LaGrange, GA (Service area throughout the Southeast) About the Role The Commercial Service Technician is responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining commercial HVAC systems for Sensigreens service customers. This position requires strong technical ability, clear communication, and a commitment to delivering high-quality service that reflects Sensigreens standards. Key Responsibilities Diagnose, repair, and maintain commercial HVAC systems including RTUs, heat pumps, split systems, VFDs, controls, and ventilation equipmentPerform routine and preventive maintenance on commercial equipmentProvide accurate, professional communication with customers, facility managers, and internal teamsDocument service findings, recommendations, and repair needs clearly and thoroughlyRespond to service calls, troubleshoot system issues, and provide solutions in the fieldEnsure all work complies with code, manufacturer guidelines, and Sensigreen quality standardsMaintain company vehicle, tools, and equipment in clean, safe conditionRepresent Sensigreen with professionalism, integrity, and customer-focused service Qualifications 5+ years commercial HVAC service experience preferredStrong diagnostic skills with commercial equipment and controlsAbility to read wiring diagrams, schematics, and service documentationEPA Certification requiredValid drivers license and clean driving recordAbility to lift 50+ lbs and work on ladders, lifts, and rooftopsStrong communication, customer service, and problem-solving skillsExperience with VFDs, economizers, and light controls a plus What We Offer Competitive pay based on experienceCompany vehicle, fuel card, and tools allowance (role dependent)Health, dental, and vision benefitsPaid time off and holidaysOngoing training and advancement opportunitiesSupportive team environment with strong leadership and steady commercial workload
