We have a great opportunity for a residential HVAC Installer near Loganville, GA who can remove, repair, and reinstallation duct work, compressors, coils, etc. in residential and light commercial heating and cooling systems. Position Summary Are you an HVAC installer with either 5 years minimum of HVAC installation experience or 2 years of lead installation experience who's hungry to grow your skills and career? Our client is looking for a motivated Installer ready to step into leadership . This role is designed for someone who wants to do more than just install—someone eager to learn how to lead jobs, guide a small crew, and eventually step into a Lead Installer / Foreman role across residential and commercial projects. You'll gain hands-on experience, mentorship, and a clear path to advancement as you take on greater responsibility in the field. What You'll Do Install HVAC Systems:
Work on both residential and light commercial installations—ductwork, piping, equipment, and controls.Grow Into Leadership:
Learn how to lead jobs, mentor helpers, and eventually run a crew.Problem Solve & Adapt:
Troubleshoot on-site challenges and practice decision-making that keeps projects moving.Teamwork:
Collaborate with project managers, service teams, and fellow installers for smooth handoffs and top-quality work.Prioritize Safety:

Build the skills and confidence needed to advance into a Lead Installer / Field Foreman role. What We're Looking For 5 years of HVAC installation experience (residential or commercial). A hunger to step up, lead, and grow into higher responsibility. Willingness to learn blueprint reading, scheduling, and project coordination. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Dependable, organized, and committed to doing quality work. Valid driver's license with a clean record. EPA type II or EPA universal certification required. Why Join?
