What You'll Do:

Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain residential HVAC systems with precision and pride. Deliver top-tier service and provide recommendations to keep customers comfortable

• and calling you back! Document your work in our trade software, ServiceTitan, to keep your day running smooth. Pursue certifications if needed

Work independently, own your route, and represent E. Dennis with professionalism.

What You'll Bring:

4+ years of residential HVAC service experience. EPA 608 Universal Certification. Valid U.S. driver's license and clean driving record. Willingness to undergo a pre-employment background check and drug screening. Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently, without being micromanaged. Commitment to personal growth, ownership, and being part of a winning team.
