  • Friday 8:00am

Responsibilities What We're Looking For:
Experience with permitting and permit tracking, particularly in the HVAC or construction industries Strong organizational skills to manage multiple permits and ensure timely submission and completion Ability to communicate effectively with customers, city officials, and inspectors to coordinate and schedule necessary inspections Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage time efficiently Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills Excellent customer service skills to address inquiries and resolve any issues promptly Ability to multitask and prioritize work in a fast-paced environment
Qualifications What You Need:
Permitting experience Strong communication skills Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office) HVAC or home services knowledge is a plus
