Your Role Lead and complete residential HVAC installs (change-outs & new systems) Run jobs efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards Guide and work alongside a helper/installer Represent the company professionally with homeowners What We're Looking For 3-5+ years residential HVAC install experience (lead experience preferred) Ability to complete same-day change-outs independently Strong leadership mindset

Compensation & Benefits Piece Rate:

$350/ton per job ($175/ton to you as Lead)
