HVAC Service Technician

An award-winning HVAC company in Statesboro, GA is seeking an HVAC Service Technician to join a trusted team that has been serving Southeast Georgia for over 30 years. Qualifications and responsibilities for this HVAC Service Technician position include: 3+ years of HVAC service and maintenance experience, with primarily residential and some light commercial work EPA Certification required, along with a current driver's license and good driving record Troubleshoot, diagnose, maintain, clean, adjust, and repair HVAC systems; no installation work required Perform preventive maintenance, repair complete systems, and inspect condensation drain lines for proper drainage Respond to service calls, communicate with customers, describe repair options and costs, and obtain approval before completing work Document services, explain guarantees or warranties, collect and record fees, and keep supervisors informed of job progress Ability to use Android technology for communication and field reporting Must pass background check, drug test, and motor vehicle check, with willingness to participate in an on-call rotation

Salary :

$20 - $35 per hour, commensurate with experience.
