HVAC Install Lead

This role is built for someone who can confidently oversee installation processes, interpreting schematics and HVAC design plans, and maintaining high standards of workmanship. Duties Lead and coordinate HVAC installation projects from start to finish, ensuring timely and quality execution Interpret technical schematics, HVAC design plans, and mechanical drawings to guide installation procedures Supervise field service activities related to air conditioning, refrigeration systems, boilers, and appliance repairs Ensure all work complies with safety regulations and industry standards, including proper use of tools like ohmmeters and welding equipment Collaborate with team members on troubleshooting complex mechanical issues involving ammonia refrigeration and HVAC/R systems Conduct property maintenance assessments related to HVAC systems and coordinate necessary repairs or upgrades Train and mentor junior technicians on equipment repair techniques, welding procedures, plumbing connections, and maintenance best practices Benefits Top Commission Structure in Georgia & Paid Weekly
