Hands-On Expertise:

Strong skills in diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining HVAC systems, with a commitment to getting it right the first time.

Physical Readiness:

Comfort working with heavy objects, machinery, and in tight spaces.

Technical & Math Skills:

Good understanding of computers, electronics, and basic math.

Great Communication Skills:

You enjoy helping customers understand their systems and feel confident in your work. HVAC Technician Requirements Valid GA Driver's License with a Clean MVR Minimum 2 Years of Field Experience EPA Certification & Job-Specific Tools (NATE certification is a plus) Ability to pass drug testing and background checks Technical Training or Completed Apprenticeship
