Residential HVAC Installer

In this energetic role, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in residential settings. Your mechanical expertise and attention to detail will ensure each project is completed safely, accurately, and to the highest standards. We are looking for motivated individuals who thrive in a field service environment and are eager to grow their skills in HVAC design, refrigeration, plumbing, and property maintenance. Responsibilities Install new HVAC systems including air conditioning units and refrigeration equipment in residential properties Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and HVAC design plans to ensure precise installation Conduct system testing using tools such as ohmmeters and other diagnostic equipment to verify proper operation Perform routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on HVAC units and related appliances Collaborate with property owners to explain system features and provide guidance on operation and maintenance Utilize welding, plumbing, and mechanical knowledge to modify or repair existing systems as needed Maintain accurate documentation of work performed, parts used, and system specifications for each project Requirements Proven experience in construction, HVAC service technician roles or related field service positions Ability to read schematics and understand HVAC/R (Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning / Refrigeration) technical drawings Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Knowledge of HVAC design principles along with proficiency in using diagnostic tools such as ohmmeters Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions while maintaining safety standards Join us if you're ready to energize your career by delivering top-tier residential HVAC solutions!
