HVAC Maintenance Technician

We are one of the largest facility service providers in the State of Hawaii. We are seeking a qualified individual with industry experience. Reporting directly to the Chief Building Engineer or the Account Manager-Engineering, the HVAC Maintenance Technician will be tasked with general maintenance and repairs of facility equipment and property structures, as well as grounds maintenance. Candidates must pass a background check, possess a valid Hawaii driver's license, access to a reliable vehicle, previous hands-on maintenance experience, proficiency in light plumbing, electrical work, HVAC, carpentry, and painting/drywall, all tasks must be performed in accordance with EPA, Hazmat, and OSHA safety regulations. Excellent communication skills and the capability to work independently or collaboratively within a team are crucial. Responsibilities:

Perform HVAC installations, repairs, and maintenance Work safely and efficiently on job sites Interact professionally with customers and team members Maintain tools, equipment, and job documentation•

Skills/Qualifications:

Must pass a background check. High school diploma or GED preferred Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle required. General maintenance experience required

HVAC:

1 year (Preferred) EPA 608 Universal Certification (Preferred) Customer service-oriented approach Basic mathematical skills Previous experience in creating and maintaining work orders and purchase orders.
