What You'll Do AC installations, repairs, and maintenance projects from start to finish. Diagnose HVAC issues with accuracy and accountability. Train and mentor technicians — raise their standards, not just their speed. Keep job sites and equipment clean, organized, and efficient. Communicate with customers like a professional — clear, respectful, confident. Maintain documentation, safety, and quality control across every project. What You Bring 3+ years of HVAC experience (lead or senior tech is a bonus). Experience with schematics and technical manuals. Strong knowledge of split systems, central units, and refrigeration. EPA Type II or Universal Certification (is a bonus). HVAC trade school certification or equivalent (is a bonus) Valid Hawaii driver's license and clean record.
