  • Full-time Overview We are seeking a highly skilled and energetic Experienced HVAC Installer/Service Technician to join our dynamic team.
This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on a variety of HVAC systems, including air conditioning, and mechanical equipment, ensuring optimal performance and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in construction, service technician experience, and mechanical knowledge, with a passion for delivering exceptional field service. You will be responsible for installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing diverse HVAC systems in residential and light commercial settings. This position emphasizes safety, technical expertise, and proactive problem-solving to keep systems running smoothly. Responsibilities Install, troubleshoot, and repair HVAC systems including air conditioning units, boilers, and related mechanical equipment. Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and HVAC design plans to ensure precise installation and maintenance. Perform routine maintenance on HVAC equipment to maximize efficiency and lifespan. Conduct plumbing work related to HVAC systems, ensuring proper connections and compliance with safety standards. Use diagnostic tools such as ohmmeters to identify electrical issues within HVAC systems. Maintain accurate records of service activities, parts used, and system conditions; communicate effectively with clients regarding system status and recommendations. Operate a driver vehicle safely while transporting tools and equipment to job sites. Assist with property maintenance tasks related to HVAC systems when required. Follow all safety protocols during installation and service procedures to ensure a secure working environment. Experience Proven experience as an HVAC technician or installer with a strong background in construction environments. Extensive field service experience with HVAC systems including Air Conditioning, boilers, and Heating repair. Mechanical knowledge encompassing plumbing, boiler operation, and general equipment repair. Familiarity with schematics, blueprints, HVAC design principles, and property maintenance procedures. Hands-on experience with refrigerant handling and troubleshooting refrigeration systems. Ability to operate diagnostic tools such as ohmmeters effectively for electrical testing. Mechanic experience in maintaining complex mechanical systems is highly desirable. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; experience operating driver vehicles preferred.
