We are seeking a skilled and dependable HVAC Installer with a Journeyman License to join our team. This role is ideal for a motivated professional who takes pride in quality workmanship, safety, and delivering excellent customer service. The HVAC Installer will be responsible for installing residential and commercial heating, cooling, and ventilation systems while ensuring projects are completed efficiently and to code standards. Responsibilities Install HVAC systems including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, mini-splits, and ductwork Perform equipment startup, testing, and system verification to ensure proper operation and efficiency Read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and technical drawings Ensure all installations comply with local HVAC codes, company standards, and safety regulations Collaborate with team members, contractors, and customers to complete projects on schedule Troubleshoot and resolve installation-related issues in the field Maintain accurate job documentation and communicate project updates as needed Keep work areas, company vehicles, and tools clean and organized Provide professional and courteous customer service at all times Qualifications High school diploma or GED required; trade school or technical certification preferred Journeyman HVAC License required Minimum of 7 years of HVAC installation experience EPA Certification (Type II or Universal) required Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, tools, installation practices, and troubleshooting techniques Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment Strong communication and problem-solving skills Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Benefits Competitive compensation with performance-based bonus opportunities Health, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off and paid holidays 401(k) retirement plan with company match Ongoing training and career development opportunities Tool and uniform allowances Opportunity for advancement within a growing organization Physical Requirements & Work Environment The physical demands described below are representative of those required to successfully perform the essential functions of this role, with or without reasonable accommodation.
