Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning Installer Technician

Overview We are hiring for an HVAC Installer who can play a vital role in installing, maintaining, and repairing HVAC systems across various projects. Responsibilities Install new HVAC systems, including air conditioning units, boilers, refrigeration equipment, and ventilation systems according to schematics and design plans Conduct system inspections and troubleshoot issues using tools such as ohmmeters and welding equipment to ensure optimal performance Perform routine maintenance on HVAC/R equipment, including plumbing connections, refrigerant charging, and mechanical adjustments Read and interpret technical schematics, HVAC design documents, and property maintenance manuals to execute installations accurately Repair and service HVAC appliances and refrigeration units in commercial or residential settings with attention to safety protocols Utilize field service techniques for diagnosing mechanical problems, replacing faulty components, and ensuring compliance with industry standards Maintain detailed records of work performed, parts used, and system modifications for ongoing property maintenance and client reporting Qualifications Proven experience in construction, HVAC installation, or service technician roles with a strong mechanical knowledge base Familiarity with schematics, HVAC design principles, plumbing systems, refrigeration cycles, and ammonia refrigeration is highly desirable Hands-on experience with equipment repair, welding techniques, boiler systems, and appliance repair Ability to operate diagnostic tools such as ohmmeters and other electrical testing devices confidently Mechanical aptitude combined with property maintenance skills to handle diverse installation scenarios effectively Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; experience as a driver is preferred for site travel Strong communication skills to coordinate with team members and clients during field service operations Additional certifications in HVAC/R systems or related fields are advantageous but not mandatory Join us in delivering top-tier HVAC solutions that make a difference!
