HVAC Technician

Position Summary Looking for certified HVAC technician that can help troubleshoot, service, and/or replace HVAC systems in our four local apartment communities. Technician should have minimum of 3 years' experience.

Compensation Package Starting Wage:

The 401K is a retirement plan that enables employees to make pre-tax or Roth payroll deduction investments. The company will match the employee contributions up to 4% of the employee's gross wage annually. This benefit is available for employees over 21 years of age, upon completion of 1-year employment if the 1,000-hour minimum and requirement is met. •

Paid Time Off :

Employees will receive PTO (paid time off) with pay at an average of his/her straight wage based upon the period for which PTO is earned. PTO will accrue at a rate of 10 days annually for the first two years. Beginning with the third year through the sixth year, it will accrue at 15 days annually. Beginning with the seventh year and through the fifteenth year, it will accrue at 20 days annually. Beginning with the sixteenth year and through the thirtieth year, it will accrue at 25 days annually. Beginning with the thirty-first year and thereafter, it will accrue at 30 days annually. Full-time employment must be continuous to change stages. •

Paid Holidays :

The following are considered paid holidays: New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Day after Thanksgiving (Black Friday), Employee's Birthday, and Christmas Day. To be eligible, an employee must be full-time and be employed Thirty (30) or more calendar days prior to the holiday.
