Join us for steady work, competitive pay, and full support to advance your career. Position Overview We're hiring HVAC Installers to performwork for residential and multi family HVAC systems. You'll gain hands-on experience with duct runs, furnaces, thermostats, vents, and line sets — all in a professional, safety-first environment. Key Responsibilities Install HVAC systems for residential single and multi-family customers Perform ductwork installation, set furnaces, run gas piping, and install thermostats and vents Handle and organize materials; maintain clean job sites Attend daily safety and planning meetings; follow PPE and safety protocols Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors Demonstrate professionalism, reliability, and teamwork Promote Big Mountain HVAC's mission of mentorship and quality workmanship Qualifications Ability to lift 50 and work in confined spaces Reliable transportation and valid driver's license Positive attitude, punctuality, and eagerness to learn Must provide basic HVAC tools and maintain a professional appearance

Compensation & Schedule Pay Range:

$19.00 - $35.00 per hour (based on experience)

Schedule:

Full-time, Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM-4:00 PM (overtime available)
