Team Events & Company Gatherings Strong Leadership Support Performance Recognition Programs Professional Work Environment Family-Oriented Culture Clear Career Paths Stable Workload Throughout the Year The Role As an HVAC Installer, you will be responsible for installing residential heating, cooling, and ventilation systems safely, efficiently, and according to company quality standards. You will work directly with homeowners, installation teams, and support staff to ensure every project is completed with professionalism, accuracy, and attention to detail. Your work directly impacts customer comfort and satisfaction, making this one of the most important roles within our company. Key ResponsibilitiesInstallation Excellence Install residential HVAC systems including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, mini-splits, and related equipment Install ductwork, refrigerant lines, condensate systems, controls, and ventilation components Remove and replace existing HVAC equipment safely and efficiently Follow installation specifications, manufacturer guidelines, and local code requirements Ensure all installations meet Ultimate quality standards Technical Skills Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and installation drawings Perform equipment start-ups and operational testing Troubleshoot installation issues and make necessary adjustments Perform brazing, wiring, and mechanical assembly as required Maintain knowledge of current HVAC technologies and installation best practices Customer Experience Maintain a professional appearance and attitude at all times Communicate effectively with homeowners throughout the installation process Respect customer homes and property Ensure a clean work area before, during, and after installation Deliver a 5-star customer experience on every project Safety & Accountability Follow all company safety policies and procedures Maintain proper care of company tools, equipment, and vehicles Complete installation documentation accurately and timely Participate in training, coaching, and team meetings Maintain a clean and organized work environment Team Collaboration Work closely with Lead Installers and Install Managers Assist team members as needed to complete projects efficiently Support company goals and department initiatives Contribute to a positive team culture What We're Looking ForRequirements 21+ years old Valid Driver's License with insurable driving record Ability to pass background check, drug screen, and MVR Minimum 1-3 years HVAC installation experience preferred Ability to lift, carry, and move heavy equipment Ability to work in attics, crawl spaces, rooftops, and outdoor environments Strong mechanical aptitude Ability to work overtime when needed Strong communication and teamwork skills Preferred Qualifications Residential HVAC Installation Experience EPA Certification OSHA 10 Certification Experience with ductwork fabrication and installation Experience with heat pumps, mini-splits, and high-efficiency systems ServiceTitan experience Brazing and electrical troubleshooting experience Why Ultimate?
