The Role We are looking for a Lead HVAC Installer who knows how to run a clean, professional install from start to finish and takes pride in doing the job right. You will be leading installs in the field and making sure every system is installed clean, runs properly, and reflects the quality we stand behind. What You'll Be Doing Lead full residential system installs from start to finish Remove and replace existing HVAC equipment Install furnaces, coils, condensers, and thermostats Run line sets, drain lines, electrical, and venting Build and install custom sheet metal, plenums, and transitions Seal and insulate ductwork for proper airflow and efficiency Perform start-up, testing, and safety checks Communicate clearly and respectfully with homeowners Work with the office team to keep jobs running smoothly Keep your truck, tools, and materials clean and organized Follow company processes and job standards to keep installs consistent and high quality What Makes Us Different Family-owned and operated Strong, steady install schedule Team-first environment with no egos or games We take pride in clean, high-quality installs Real support from the office and leadership What We're Looking For Strong experience with residential HVAC installs and retrofits Confident in sheet metal work and building custom pieces on-site Clean, detail-oriented workmanship Good communicator with both customers and team Reliable, self-motivated, and team-minded Valid driver's license and insurable driving record Comfortable working in attics, crawl spaces, and lifting 50+ lbs Leadership mindset and ability to guide and train others is a plus Compensation $25.00 - $40.00 per hour based on experience Consistent hours with overtime opportunities Bonus program tied to performance, efficiency, and quality of installs We keep pay straightforward and tied to the quality of your work.
