HVAC New Construction Installer

Job Overview We are seeking a skilled HVAC Installer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HVAC systems and a passion for delivering high-quality service. As an HVAC Installer, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in residential and commercial settings. Your expertise will ensure that our clients enjoy optimal comfort and efficiency in their environments. Duties Install HVAC systems including air conditioning units, furnaces, and refrigeration equipment according to specifications and schematics. Conduct routine maintenance and repairs on existing HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance. Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with HVAC equipment using tools such as ohmmeters and other diagnostic equipment. Collaborate with team members to complete installations efficiently while adhering to safety standards. Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns regarding HVAC systems. Maintain accurate records of work performed, including service reports and inventory of parts used. Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and best practices related to HVAC installation and maintenance. Requirements Proven experience as an HVAC Installer or similar role with a strong understanding of HVAC/R systems. Familiarity with construction practices and building codes related to HVAC installations. Knowledge of schematics, HVAC design principles, plumbing, refrigeration, and mechanical systems. Experience in field service or appliance repair is highly desirable. Proficiency in equipment repair techniques including welding skills is a plus. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot mechanical issues effectively. Valid driver's license is required; driver experience is preferred. Ability to work independently or as part of a team while maintaining high-quality standards in all tasks.
