Job Description

The position ensures proper operation of HVAC mechanical systems. This is an essential position that will be called upon in the event of an emergency and/or university closure.
Duties may include:
Respond to service calls Assist with troubleshooting HVAC systems Test systems for proper operation Diagnose problems and malfunctions Maintain, repair and replace parts and equipment Other duties as assigned
