Job Responsibilities:

Maintain, and repair heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues and perform necessary repairs. Conduct routine maintenance and system inspections. Communicate effectively with customers, explaining issues and recommended solutions. Ensure compliance with all safety procedures and company policies. Keep accurate records of work performed and materials used. Provide excellent customer service and maintain a professional demeanor. Work independently and as part of a team to complete jobs efficiently.

Qualifications:

5+ years of HVAC experience required. EPA Certification. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in various weather conditions. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
