Job Description In this position, the Service HVAC Technician will be responsible for all aspects of the installation, maintenance, inspection, operation and repair of HVAC systems in residential buildings. Our company offers on-the-job training and yearly wage increases as your skills develop. Starting pay is determined upon skills and experience. The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following: Complete HVAC related in-home service calls Serve the customer by expertly servicing their entire HVAC system. Wear floor savers while in the customer's home and maintain a neat work area when performing a repair or scheduled service. Give the customer options for repairs and replacement on every call. Establish customer rapport to provide the right products and services. Educate and assist the customers in choosing the best finance options and maintenance plans. Show yourself as professional and knowledgeable to win referrals and repeat business. Maintain your truck so that it is neat and clean on the inside and outside at all times. Maintain a clean, organized job site and a well inventoried truck. Always being safety conscious both on the job and while driving. Participate actively in all training exercises and morning meetings Train and mentor Apprentices Have a positive disposition and portray an attitude of willingness

Excellent Pay Career Path Requirements:

4+ years' technical and trade experience Current HVAC license (or ability to get one) Understanding of the current regulations within the field Excellent interpersonal communication skills on a technical level Able to work both independently and as part of a team Clean driving record and an ability to maintain a valid driver's license
