Responsibilities:

Run and manage complete installs on new construction jobs and/or replacement jobs Install retro fit furnace and air conditioning units Manage communication with home owners or contractors to ensure a smoothly run job site Excellent communication with team members Excellent customer service with onsite and over the phone customers Ability and willingness to follow direction Manage project timelines and work scope Ability to keep track of tools and be well organized Be self-sufficient and willing to learn Maintain a professional appearance Committed to safe work practices

Requirements:

HVAC Journeyman license or 2 years of lead experience EPA Certification, or willing to obtain Ability to measure duct work and install all equipment and accessories Comfortable working on ladders Excellent customer service skills Valid driver's license and insurable driving record Must pass background screens Ability to lift 50+ lbs.
