This is a hands-on role responsible for delivering high-quality residential HVAC installations while maintaining exceptional customer experience standards. Key Responsibilities:

Perform high-quality residential HVAC installations with precision and efficiency Review job folders daily and prep/load truck between 7:00-7:30 AM Depart from shop or arrive on-site no later than 7:30 AM Follow company service call flow charts including diagnostics, estimates, documentation, and photo uploads Protect customer homes using booties and floor coverings on every call Communicate clearly with homeowners about repairs, replacements, and system education Upload checklists, job notes, and before/after photos to digital systems Order parts, track warranties, and complete installation documentation accurately Educate customers on system operation, thermostats, and maintenance Collaborate with management and dispatch for efficient scheduling

Qualifications:

Minimum of 2 years experience in HVAC installation or service. High school diploma or GED. Valid driver's license required. EPA certification required. Strong problem-solving and diagnostic skills. Professional, dependable, and detail-oriented. Comfortable using mobile tech tools for job management. Proficient in power and hand tools operation Strong communication skills and a customer-first attitude. Detail-oriented and dependable

Schedule:

Full-time, Monday-Friday Overtime available On-call rotations with following Friday off We strive to have technicians home by 5 PM most days.
