Job Description
Overview We are seeking a skilled HVAC Install Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in residential and commercial settings. This role requires a strong mechanical aptitude and the ability to work with various HVAC equipment and tools. The HVAC Installer will ensure that all installations are completed efficiently and in accordance with industry standards. Duties Install HVAC systems, including air conditioners, furnaces, and ventilation systems. Perform routine maintenance and repairs on HVAC systems. Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with heating and cooling systems, providing necessary and timely repairs. Collaborate with team members to design efficient HVAC solutions tailored to client needs. Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used, including service reports and equipment installations. Communicate effectively with clients regarding system operations, maintenance needs, and service recommendations. Ensure compliance with safety regulations, industry standards and company policies during all installations and repairs. Provide excellent customer service by addressing client questions and concerns regarding their HVAC systems. Requirements Strong mechanical knowledge related to HVAC systems and components. Proficiency in appliance repair, equipment repair, and welding techniques as needed for installations. Competence in using diagnostic tools for troubleshooting. Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members Willingness to stay updated on industry trends and advancements in HVAC technology.
