HVAC Installer Pay Range:
$35.00 - $40.00 per hour, depending on union card
Work Schedule:
Monday through Friday | 7:00am to 4:00pm | overtime available
What You Will Be Doing:
Retrofit / Changeout of residential heating and air conditioning systems Ducted and ductless systems Installing Indoor Air Quality accessories, and ductwork Installing boilers Radiant heat and steam systems Test and balance systems Consult with customers and answer their questions Supervise the work of other installers, and train new installers Maintaining a high-quality and timely job performance

Insurance What We Are Looking For:
3 years of experience performing residential HVAC retrofit and system replacement projects Previous experience serving as a crew leader or overseeing installation teams Current EPA Type III Certification or EPA Universal Certification required Skilled in the installation of gas furnaces, electric furnaces, heat pumps, mini-split systems, and other residential HVAC equipment Experience with boiler installation, setup, and replacement Strong knowledge of HVAC system design, ductwork layout, fabrication, and installation practices Capable of mentoring, training, and directing less-experienced technicians and installers Thorough understanding of HVAC low-voltage controls, wiring, and system operation Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds as part of daily job duties High school diploma, GED, or equivalent education required Must possess a valid driver's license and maintain an insurable driving record
