We're looking for a motivated HVAC Installer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate has a strong work ethic, takes pride in their installs, and is committed to delivering 5-star service to our customers.Responsibilities:
Install residential and light commercial HVAC systems (furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, mini-splits, etc.) Perform start-ups, testing, and system commissioning Read blueprints and perform accurate duct layout and equipment placement Maintain a clean, organized job site and company vehicle Communicate professionally with customers and team members Follow all safety protocols and local codesQualifications:
2+ years of HVAC installation experience preferred EPA certification required Valid driver's license with clean driving record Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in varying weather conditionsWhat We Offer:
